No Parking Facility in Community Centers

A Community centre is meant to provide better facility and more space for family functions and peaceful gathering but the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) community hall across Delhi has become a problem for the nearby residents.
Most of the community halls do not have parking space and the visitors and organisers have to park their vehicles on colony roads which lead to long traffic jams in the area, especially during the marriage season.
Besides, during the function tent owners place generators on the roads which create noise and air pollution in and around the area causing inconvenience to the residents as well as passersby. Read more

MCD To Launch Demolition Drive On Encroachments In Delhi

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi is going to launch a massive drive in city against encroachments in both residential and commercial areas. The action plan for the entire Delhi will be carried out soon. MCD has demolished numerous illegally extended courtyards and boundary walls in GTB Enclave, Pocket E. The demolition drive in some areas of Shahdara North will start from the middle of this month. Read more

Tallest Building of Capital Coming Soon

Capital of India has a new tall building that is becoming talk of the town. MCD under construction building at Minto Road stand 3.5 metres taller than Hansalaya
The building is of Civic center and is situated on Minto Road. Earlier Hansalya used be the tallest building in the city. The Civic centre has reached a height of 91.5 metres, and is growing.
Once completed in March, it will overshoot Hansalaya by 13 metres. Read more
